1. Deltaphon Multimedia GmbH may reject incoming applications without giving reasons. An application is only accepted if Deltaphon Multimedia GmbH has confirmed it in writing. The term of the contract begins on the date specified in the confirmation. The customer is obliged to give truthful information about name, street, place of residence, telephone number and email address. The customer agrees that personal data will be collected, processed and used by Deltaphon Multimedia GmbH for the purpose of establishing and processing the contract, for billing purposes and for domain registrations.

2. Web hosting: For the use of the domain name(s) and the content of the web pages as well as the creation of backups is the customer is solely responsible and liable. Content that violates applicable law (e.g. glorification of violence, racism, pornography, call for violent acts of violence etc.) are not allowed. The same applies to the sending of SPAM e-mails. The operation of the following mining tools, BitchX, bnc, eggdrop, generic-sniffers, guards, etc. is not allowed, generic-sniffers, guardservices, ircd, psyBNC, ptlink, any kind of daemons and all kinds of hacktools e.g. brute forcers and the like. In case of violation of these rules Deltaphon Multimedia GmbH can block the domain and its halt immediately.

3. Root server: For the operation and administration of the root servers and the domains hosted on them, including content, as well as the the creation of backups is the sole responsibility and liability of the responsible and liable. Content that violates applicable law (e.g. glorification of violence, racism, pornography, call for violent acts of violence etc.) are not allowed. The same applies to the sending of SPAM e-mails. The operation of the following mining tools, BitchX, bnc, eggdrop, generic-sniffers, guards, etc. is not allowed, generic-sniffers, guardservices, ircd, psyBNC, ptlink, any kind of daemons and all kinds of hacktools e.g. brute forcers and the like. In case of violation of these rules Deltaphon Multimedia GmbH can block the server immediately.

4. Duration of contract: The contract has an indefinite term and may be terminated by either party with a notice period of 14 days to the end of the respective month. The first month is excluded from this.

5. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. A cancellation generally results in the deletion of the web hosting or the root server and its content on the corresponding date. If the domain(s) is/are to be transferred to another provide and are in the administration of Deltaphon Multimedia GmbH, these are to be taken over via domain transfer at the latest at the end of the contract. The customer has to take care that the application for the AuthCodes are received by Deltaphon Multimedia GmbH at least 14 days before the end of the contract. The new provider is exclusively responsible for the transfer of the domain(s). The transfer of the domain(s) to a new provider does not terminate the contract. If the domain transfer does not take place until then, the existing free domain will be transferred to the new provider according to the normal domain registration with costs under point 5.

6. Domainregistration: The term of the ordered registration of a domain is in in principle 1 year. It is therefore an annual fee. As long as the domain is not deleted, this fee is due every year again. again. The customer is liable for these costs until the domain is deleted or transferred to another provider or registry.

7. Messages electronically (by e-mail or SMS) do not have the character of a business letter. business letter character and shall be deemed to be non-binding verbal information.

8. Furthermore, the agreements in the application form and the BGB (German Civil Code) of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
